Editorial Policy
Document: Reestorian editorial standards for service pages, area pages and guides. Last updated October 29, 2026.
Who writes the content
Content on this site is written by Reestorian Editorial, the site's in-house writing team. Articles are credited to Reestorian Editorial rather than to a named expert. If a credentialed professional reviews an article in the future, that person will be named on the article with their credentials.
How content is researched
- Keyword research comes first. Topics are chosen from search data showing what Littleton-area homeowners look for, so each page answers a real question.
- Primary sources are preferred. Facts come from sources such as Colorado Revised Statutes, the Colorado Division of Insurance, the City of Littleton, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, FEMA, the CDC, the American Red Cross and industry standards bodies.
- Sources are opened and checked. A search result snippet is not treated as a source. Each cited page is opened and the specific fact is checked before it is used.
- Sources are listed. Service pages and guides list their sources at the end, with links.
What Reestorian doesn't publish
- No invented reviews, testimonials, ratings or star scores
- No invented prices or price ranges without sourced data
- No claims of licenses, certifications, awards or business history that can't be verified
- No promises about response times or availability
- No medical, legal or insurance advice presented as fact for your situation
Referral disclosure
Reestorian is a referral service that may be compensated when calls are connected to independent providers. Content is written to help readers understand their situation, whether or not they call. See the full disclaimer.
Review cycle
Service pages and guides are reviewed at least once a year and whenever a cited law, rule or figure changes. Each article shows its published date and its last updated date. Service pages show a "Last reviewed" note.
Reading level
Pages are written in plain English, aimed at a sixth- to eighth-grade reading level, with short sentences and defined terms. Technical words are explained in the glossary.
Reporting an error
If you find a factual error, an outdated law or a broken link, use the contact page and describe the page and the problem. Confirmed errors are corrected, and the page's updated date is changed.
